RICARDO BELLO FERNÁNDEZ
Licensed attorney by the Madrid Bar Association, graduated in Law from the University of León, holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Civil Liability from Carlos III University of Madrid. He has years of experience working in all areas of law, particularly in procedural, administrative, civil, and commercial law. In 2021, he joined Villar Arregui.
He has a high level of specialization in civil contracts and obligations, as well as public procurement, having published various academic articles in the Controversial Yearbook of WoltersKluwer, Editorial La Ley.
