VICTORIA LÁZARO CARO

She holds a law degree from Carlos III University of Madrid and a master’s degree in access to the legal profession from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics. Victoria is dedicated to drafting lawsuits, appeals, claims, and documents.
Together with her colleague Inés Hernández, who also practices law at the aforementioned firm, she published the article “The Late Payment Interest Applicable to Contractual Relations between the Public Administration and its Concessionaires,” which appears in the 2024 Controversial Yearbook, highlighting the most relevant cases in litigation and arbitration from 2023.

The litigation department, which has the largest workload within the firm, advises businesses on the best course of action when faced with a dispute.
The department is also experienced in the field of arbitration: members of the team are members of highly respected arbitration bodies such as The Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The department also brings cases in the civil courts (including the commercial courts) as well as the courts dealing with administrative, criminal and employment matters.
